And finally I’m back to the phone network! my last phone, a Sony Ericsson Xperia ray, finally died after 2 months of power failures and not recognizing my SIM card, so, I ended up being disconnected from the world.
I bought the Moto G, getting back to my old days with Motorola, who never let me down back then when I had the Milestone. This won’t be a huge review, mostly I will just write a small appreciation of the features that are listed everywhere (Slowly I will be adding some reviews and tutorials of this awesome phone)
[su_divider top=”no”][su_list icon=”icon: mobile”]
- Network: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 (SIM 1 & SIM 2 optional) – HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
- 3G HSDPA 21 Mbps/ HSUPA 5.76 Mbps
- EDGE Class 12
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA
- Bluetooth v4.0 A2DP
- GPS A-GPS, GLONASS
[/su_list]
It’s compatible with all companies, however, if you live in Venezuela, you will either have to change your regular SIM for a microSIM or go to an authorized agent to get it cut (quite cheap) since the slot is for the MicroSIM. Everything else works just perfect.

- Size: 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 mm
- Weight: 143 g
[/su_list]
It’s a big phone, I won’t deny it, and since i had never been able to have a decent case with every single phone I have own before, I bought one that adds several mm. It won’t fit in any of my jeans pockets, so I will have to learn to use a purse.
The case I got, even if it’s big, I recommend it 100%. It’s a triple case from Fosmon, which includes a classic silicone case + an attachable case with a desktop stand + another attachable case with a clip, so you can hang it anywhere.

This might be the only fail (and yet is not that bad) it doesn’t comes with an SD slot, however, yu have two available models, one with 8Gb and another with 16Gb. I got the 16 one, so it will be more a matter of keeping it clean and leave the garbage out.
