Gracias a @latatisabel por permitirme hacer una pequeña edición con sus fotos de bautizo, todo fue realizado con Gimp 2.6 sobre Fedora 11.

Como realizarlo? el truco está en que por cada color (piel, vestidos, ropa, etc) agregues una capa en transparencia en modo “solapar” y sea en ella donde agregues el color. Verás como mágicamente los colores “sólidos” se fusionan con la fotografía.
Intentalo!!!

I have been trying to fix scans of some old slides (~40 years old) but it is slow going. Your results are much better than mine and I end up spending much more than 20mins on each slide.
It would be great if you could do the video/tutorial. It would be much appreciated.

The results came great, good work. The skin color is not perfect, but is amazing considering what you had as source images. How long it took to recover one photo?
