      Jejejejej super!!! así también se le dice en otra región Venezolana, en Maracaibo específicamente, pero usan los platanos para hacer una hamburguesa sustituyendo el pan por “patacones” :D

    mini-sandwich, as they look quite small. anyway, you made me a bit curious about the taste.

    oh, researching on wikipedia shows you can but them on the length, so is possible to make a larger sandwich

    you can eat them with salt, sauces, cheese, eggs, meat, vegetables … is like change bread for “tostones” in a sandwich

      Kind of, We have several kinds of banana. This one is call “Platano” and is like twice sized than a regular banana (cambur) also harder. You also can cook with this kind of banana some “tajadas” and even cakes.
