Cuantas veces no has visto algo que realmente quieres pero no puedes tener? Cuantas veces has querido lo que otros tienen? Antes de cumplir los 21 años pensaba muchas veces en “como sería vivir la vida como X persona” o incluso “como sería mi vida si tuviera X cosa”… Ahora pienso diferente, mi mente va más hacia un “quiero X cosa, como la obtengo?”
Me encanta ver que mi evolución ha llegado al punto de ser quien tiene la manzana en la mano y no quien desea la manzana… blanca nieves? en tus sueños…

How many times have you seen something that you really want, but you can’t have? How many times have you desired what others have? Before being 21, I frequently thought “how would it be like living like X person?” or even “how would my life be if I had X thing?” … Now I think quite differently than that, my mind leans more towards ideas like “I want X thing, how do I get it?”
I love seeing how my evolution has come to the point of being who has the apple in her hand, and not who wishes for it… Snow White? in your dreams.

Yeah, seeing the photo my first thought was: “NOOOO! Don’t bite the apple! Didn’t you read Snow White?” then I read the text and understood in fact you are well aware.
If you went to such a large degree of photomanip, you should have also removed a “bug” which is visible over your tongue.
Lastly, I am not sure the color for your fingernail paint is the best: is dark, something not fit for a positive character as Snow White, it is more like the step mother (and you do realize the fingernails are the most focused items in this photo?)
Oh, in my previous comment I got very technical and forgot to add: the concept is awesome! the color of the lips is right (photomanip?), the closed eyes, the apple color…

Yeap, the photo is an irony between the good and bad things in live taking Snow White as theme. The saliva in my mouth was intentional (don’t ask me why, was late and I’m a little more crazy at that hour); also my fingernail color was intentional because I want people to look first my hand holding the apple and not my lips (which is the 2nd thing people can see). Why? you obviously think “oh… this is a Snow White photo… but, what about that nails?” so people will read to understand.
on 2nd comment… Thank you so much, the concept is weird but I think the purpose was done. Yes, all makeup (except fingernails) is photo manip with gimp and I add a little more color to the apple and as a plus, I get a little desaturation over the image (also my porcelain skin is fake : S )

No shit! Your rained on my parade… from what I was remembering from past close-ups like 085/365 I had the illusion your skin is so soft and white by default. Now I have to look for some bots’ skin for compensation…

I was at the supermarket this weekend and saw some apples awesome for photography: huge, red and having the traditional apple shape. Too bad I don’t have any composition with apples on the agenda… (I have my ideas, but will not happen anytime soon)
